Gingerbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. sour milk (2 tsp. vinegar in sweet milk)
    1/2 c. regular milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Put in greased muffins pans (2/3 full). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
