Garlic Dip - cooking recipe

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 clove garlic
dash of salt and pepper
raw vegetables
Preparation

In blender, whip ingredients until smooth (except vegetables). Refrigerate until serving.
Makes 8 servings; 20 calories per serving.
