Layered Lemon Crumb Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2/3 c. soft butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine Eagle Brand, lemon juice and rind; set aside.
    In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add oatmeal, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Press 1/2 of oatmeal mixture on bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with lemon mixture.
    Stir spices into remaining crumbs; sprinkle evenly over lemon layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Chill; cut into squares.
