Bierrolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 recipe yeast rolls dough
Preparation
    Make yeast bread dough 2 hours before needed.
    Let rise.
    (May be made and refrigerated ahead of time.)
    Shred or cut cabbage coarsely.
    Cook cabbage and onions in a small amount of water; season to taste.
    When tender, drain well.
    Brown hamburger in skillet, breaking it apart as it browns.
    Drain well and add to cabbage and onions.
