Restaurant Style Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt (don't leave this out)
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and soda and salt in medium-sized bowl.\tIn another bowl mix egg, milk and cooking oil. Pour egg mixture into flour bowl.
    Stir just enough to blend but do not overstir.
    Batter should still be lumpy.
    Pour 1/2 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased buttered griddle or heavy skillet.
    Cook until golden brown and flip.
    Makes approximately five 6-inch cakes.\tI always double this recipe for my family of four.
