Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tsp. corn meal
pinch of salt
1/2 c. coconut
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; add corn meal, then add beaten eggs, salt, vanilla, pineapple and coconut.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until firm, about 45 minutes.
