Honey-Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. minced crystallized ginger
    1 (6 oz.) apple, peeled, cored and grated
