Day Ahead Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 to 15 lb. beef brisket
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 medium onion, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. chili sauce
1 (12 oz.) can beer
kaiser rolls
Preparation

Brown brisket in a small amount of oil in Dutch oven.
Drain; sprinkle with soup mix.
Cover with onion rings and celery.
Spoon chili sauce and 1/2 cup water around brisket.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally over brisket. Refrigerate overnight.
Skim.
Slice brisket cross grain.
Heat. Serve on kaiser rolls with sauce.
