Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 sweet potatoes
1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
Preparation

Peel and shred sweet potatoes.
Mix well pineapple and potatoes.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Cover with brown sugar. Cut butter and place on top of brown sugar.
Bake covered 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until done.
