Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) round steak
    3/8 cup flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 medium onion (sliced)
    1 1/2 to 3 cups tomato, tomato juice or tomato soup
Preparation
    Wipe steak with damp cloth and cut into serving portions.
    Mix flour and seasonings.
    Pound flour mixture into steak with meat pounder or the edge of heavy saucer.
