Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage or ham
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dried mustard (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Cube bread. Brown and drain sausage or ham and spoon over bread.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over bread and meat.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread, meat and cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
