Mimi'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in pieces
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and dry thoroughly.
    Mix all ingredients and dip chicken in batter.
    Heat oil (3 to 4-inches) to 375\u00b0 in pan.
    Fry until golden brown.
