Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) bag taco chips
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    4 oz. shredded cheese
    1 can red kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown meat in large frying pan; add kidney beans and salt. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Toss remaining ingredients (crush chips). Pour meat mixture over salad.
    Better if served warm.
