Sea-Fare Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. macaroni
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bay leaf
    1 lb. frozen fillets of flounder or sole
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. bottled Italian style dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    salad greens
    1 medium cucumber, sliced
Preparation
    Cook macaroni shells; drain well.
    Combine water, lemon juice and bay leaf in skillet; bring to boiling.
    Place frozen block of fillets in skillet.
    Cover.
    Simmer about 10 minutes or until fish just flakes; drain.
    Flake slightly with a fork.
    Cool.
    Combine macaroni, fish, mixed vegetables, celery and onion in a large bowl. Mix Italian style dressing with lemon juice and pepper; add to macaroni mixture.
    Toss salad lightly.
    Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or until well chilled.
    At serving time, add mayonnaise to mixture; toss lightly.
    Line a serving platter with salad greens; mound salad in center.
    Garnish with sliced cucumber.
