Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 egg
    1 c. cranberry sauce (whole berry)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add walnuts.
    Beat egg, add cranberry sauce and butter.
    Add dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
