Buttermilk Chicken Coating(Makes It Just Like Fried.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. McCormick fried chicken seasoning (poultry seasoning works)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Soak skinned chicken 2 hours or more in buttermilk.
    Blend the remaining ingredients until fine.
    Coat both sides of chicken and bake at 400\u00b0 in Pam sprayed pan for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Coats 12 breast halves.
