Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    6 to 8 green onions
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    10 oz. frozen peas
    6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    8 oz. shredded Longhorn cheese
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into small pieces and place in large bowl.
    Cut onions and place over lettuce.
    Top onions with celery.
    Next, add frozen peas.
    Sprinkle bacon over peas.
    Sprinkle cheese over bacon layer.
    Combine mayonnaise and sugar.
    Carefully spread over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
