Low Calorie, Low-Fat Blueberry Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

1 pt. blueberries
6 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. apple juice
2 c. oatmeal (quick)
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line bottom and sides of an 8-inch square pan with waxed paper or use Teflon pan.
Mix blueberries, apples, lemon juice, raisins and 1/4 cup of apple juice in a bowl. Spread the blueberry/apple mixture in bottom of pan.
