Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. raw rice
1 c. shredded process cheese
1 (5 oz.) can chunk chicken
Preparation

Cook onion in butter until tender.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, mix onion, chunk chicken, chicken broth, shredded cheese and rice.
Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
