Micro Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart microwave bowl.
    Cook 4 minutes on High.
    Stir and cook 4 minutes longer.
    Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate.
    Will keep in glass jar for weeks.
