Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained (optional)
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation

Combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimientos and 1/2 can of onion rings.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with remaining cheese.
