Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 or 3 boned chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayo (can use low-fat)
1/2 c. sour cream (can use low-fat)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Steam broccoli.
Place in bottom of casserole.
Steam chicken breasts until white.
Place on top of broccoli.
Mix the soup, mayo, sour cream and lemon juice and pour over.
Toss stuffing mix in melted butter.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
