Saucy Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can vege-burger (your choice)
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 bell pepper, slivered (1/2-inch length)
Preparation
    Mix 1/3 can cream of mushroom soup, burger, crumbs, onion, peppers, egg and mushrooms.
    Shape 6 to 8 solid patties.
    Heat in hot oil.
    Turn until brown.
    Heat remainder of soup and spoon onto plate placing steak patties on top.
    Great entree.
