Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 frying chicken, cut-up and skinned
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and cut-up
1 medium onion, sliced thinly
1 medium green bell pepper
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Coat chicken pieces in flour.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken, brown well on all sides.
Drain oil from skillet.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken and juices run clear, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot cooked pasta.
