Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Chill milk in freezer until ice cold.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; cool until partially set.
    Then whip the partially set jello until it is light and fluffy.
    Add lemon juice and sugar; mix well.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl, beat chilled milk until stiff peaks form; fold in the jello mixture.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with vanilla wafer crumbs, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
    Pour lemon mixture into pan over crumb crust.
    Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top.
    Chill until ready to serve.
