Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. lard or Crisco
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut flour, salt and lard together.
    Add egg, water and vinegar. Makes two large 2 crust pies.
