Cheesy Gougere Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. Italian herbs
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated Jarlsberg cheese (plus an extra 1/2 c. for topping)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Spray a nonstick muffin tin with oil. Bring water, butter, cayenne and herbs to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat and add flour, beating vigorously with large wooden spoon until dough forms a ball and pulls away from sides of pan.
    Return to medium heat, still beating with a spoon, 1 minute to dry dough.
