Amaretto Bonbons (Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
1 tsp. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. Amaretto liqueur
1 c. finely crushed shortbread cookies
1/4 c. fine sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee
Preparation

Combine chips, corn syrup and sugar.
Add coffee to boiling water to dissolve.
Add to other mixture.
Heat in microwave until chocolate is melted.
Remove.
Stir in Amaretto, cookie crumbs and nuts.
Chill until you can roll it into 1-inch balls.
Roll in coconut.
Keep tightly covered in a container in the refrigerator. Makes about 40 balls.
