Eggs A-La-Russe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 12 hard-boiled eggs
1 part mayonnaise
2 parts sour cream
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
3 Tbsp. hamburger relish
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Take the eggs and prepare them as for deviled eggs.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Spoon over eggs.
Place parsley leaf on each egg, then sprinkle with paprika.
