Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chopped bell pepper
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 small can creamed corn
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1 large chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix eggs, meal, milk and corn together. Add pepper, onion and cheese.
    Add oil last and mix well.
    Bake in two 8-inch skillets at 450\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Cool 20 minutes before serving.
