Italian Meat Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    1 lb. pork
    1 1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    5 slices bread, soaked in water
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 cloves garlic
    handful of parsley (about 1/2 c.)
    olive oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix
    beef
    and
    pork in a large bowl.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Chop
    parsley and garlic together.
    Add to meat. Squeeze water from bread.
    Add bread, cheese and beaten eggs. Work mixture
    with
    your
    hands
    to
    combine all ingredients. Shape into fingers about 1/2 to 3/4 inch in diameter and about 1 1/2 inches
    long.
    Heat
    olive oil and fry over medium heat until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
