Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. unbeaten eggs
1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 packed brown sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and oil; beat until fluffy.
Stir in pumpkin.
Combine dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture. Add water, raisins and nuts; blend well.
Spoon batter into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
Yields 1 loaf.
