1 Tbsp. onion
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 c. grated Mozzarella
1 c. grated Cheddar
salt and pepper to taste
tomatoes (fresh or canned; if canned, about 1 qt.)
1 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of oregano
