Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. croutons (plain or flavored)
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. grated Mozzarella
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    salt and pepper to taste
    tomatoes (fresh or canned; if canned, about 1 qt.)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of oregano
Preparation
    Place ingredients in
    casserole
    in
    order shown above. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
