Sweet And Sour Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. catsup
    2 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
    2 c. onions
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Shake beef in a bag with flour.
    Put into casserole dish.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Add onions.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Great served with rice!
