Broccoli-Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
1 Tbsp. minced dry onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
dash of pepper
1/4 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except last two.
Turn into a greased 1-quart casserole.
Combine 1/4 cup cracker crumbs with 1 tablespoon butter.
Sprinkle over vegetables and bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

6 servings.
