Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cans whole green chilies
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
Preparation
    Wash, de-seed and dry chilies.
    Wrap split chilies around 1/4-inch sticks of Jack cheese.
    Lay in bottom of glass casserole dish.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, flour and jalapeno peppers.
    Pour mixture over the cheese and chilies.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
