Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed until blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour. Stir in vanilla.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
