Frikadeller(Danish Meat Patties) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. twice ground round steak
    1 lb. twice ground pork (lean)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oats
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    margarine for frying
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well except margarine. Melt about 1/4 cup margarine in large skillet.
    Using a large salad spoon, dip into the margarine, then into the meat and form a ball. Put on skillet.
