Mexican Fricassee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can Campbell's chili beef soup
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 c. cubed, cooked beef
Preparation

In saucepan, cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve on cooked rice.
If desired, garnish with Cheddar cheese.
