Lightweight Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
1 to 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
2 onions, cut up
2 c. large diced celery
2 sliced zucchini
1/2 c. small diced green pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Preparation

Place chicken skin side down in a nonstick skillet.
Place the vegetables on the chicken and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
Cook on very low heat for 35 minutes until chicken is brown on one side and moisture has been drawn out of vegetables (use no oil).
Turn chicken over and cook over low heat for another 35 minutes.
Do not cover skillet during cooking.
Mushrooms may be added during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
