Zucchini Italian Milano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh tomato
    1 clove garlic or garlic salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (lots of oregano)
    1 diced onion
    green pepper to taste
Preparation
    Note:
    Zucchini should be cubed and steamed to desired tenderness (approximately 3 cups).
