Sue'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or crackers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll into small balls. Roll balls in flour and fry them until they are lightly browned.
    (I use a medium boiler and deep fry them, it's easier.)
    Add them to the sauce.
    These are the best meat balls and sauce.
    Put over spaghetti or fix meat ball hoagies and top with Mozzarella cheese. Fix ahead and freeze.
    (I freeze them in quart containers.)
