Pizza Meat Loaf Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano to taste
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, milk, egg, bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
    Mix with hands until well blended.
    Lightly grease a 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Spread mixture on bottom and up sides to form crust.
    Spread remaining tomato paste over surface of meat mixture.
    Arrange onions and mushrooms over top.
    Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
    Place on bottom rack of preheated 375\u00b0 oven. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until crusty.
    Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6.
