Carameled Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popcorn
    2 cubes oleo
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt oleo, brown sugar and syrup.
    After it comes to a boil, lower heat and boil for 6 minutes; remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon soda and 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar.
    Stir until foams good, then pour over popped corn and mix well.
    If you want popcorn balls stop now and make into balls.
    If you want carameled corn, place on 2 cookie sheets and put into 200\u00b0
    oven for 1 hour.
