Chocolate Cherry Cordial Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. chocolate chip cookie mix
2 tsp. water
1/4 c. coconut
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries, well drained
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine cookie mix, egg and water in large bowl.
Stir until thoroughly blended.
Stir in cherries and coconut.
Shape dough into 36 balls.
Roll in nuts.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 11 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned.
Cool 1 minute on baking sheet.
Remove to cooling rack.
