Apple Macaroon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    apples
    cinnamon
    sugar
Preparation
    Pare and slice apples in casserole until half full.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Sift together 1 cup sugar, flour and salt.
    Make a hollow in this and drop in 2 eggs.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Spread mixture over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
