Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Arrange bread pieces, bacon and cheese in greased casserole. Pour melted butter over this.
    Beat eggs, salt, mustard and milk. Pour over casserole.
    Let stand 3 hours or overnight, covered in the refrigerator.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0, uncovered.
    May pour into a 9 x 13-dish.
