Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Cream Ricotta, cream cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour, sour cream and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth. Pour into spring-form pan.
    Place spring-form pan in a large pan. Add one inch of water to pan and put in oven.
