Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c self-rising cornmeal
    3/4 c grated cheese
    2 medium eggs
    3/4 c milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 hot peppers
    1 small can cream corn
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 c oil
Preparation
    Mix all of the above ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Makes 2 skillets.
