Holiday Little Prune Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sieved cooked prunes
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preparation
    Mix prunes, sugar and eggs, then beat in oil, then buttermilk. Add soda and salt, add flour slowly.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Grease and flour mini muffin cups, fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting and decorate as desired.
    Makes about six dozen.
